Licensed RE assistant for MLS Access
Hey everyone,
I'm a RE agent licensed in Texas. But I want to get access to another MLS within the state. I would have to pay for my broker's and my own MLS fees. Therefore, I'm trying to find a cheaper alternative. I thought that maybe I could convince an agent that has access to the MLS I want access in, to give me access as his licensed assistant. And perhaps, offer him to pay for a portion of his MLS dues. Thoughts?
