@Russell Brazil i've got 4 units (one currently vacant after a rehab and being advertised) in what I would consider a C-B neighborhood in baltimore. 1 tenant is on govt assistance with the other two paying market rent. additionally, one of the tenants is coming up on the end of their leasing period and will have the option to stay if he chooses.

Hi there, we do this all the time for our clients, would be no issue to assist you with what you need on the ground. 

I was wondering if i should buy near a dam, or a lake, or far away for them, or near the mountains, which specifically in this city have higher risk of being burned, where will i get the better profit from rental...Then i decided to start building a platform to look for nearby hospitals, schools, parks, etc and cross this information with rental prices in order to assist me when taking this decisions.

So, I´ve been exploring different niches for my initial investment in Real Estate and one of them is Residential Assisted Living (RAL).

My fiance landed a job at a real estate broker in town as an office assistant to learn the ebb and flow of the industry. 

You will likely only need one lender to assist you and they don’t need to be with your current financial institutions.

For my particular situation, my tenant base happens to be rather diverse.
