Your Mentor - every successful entrepreneur needs a good mentor.

Your ability to find motivated sellers is one of the keys to becoming a successful Real Estate Entrepreneur.

I never thought I would have a chance to speak with that person but after calling their office they agreed to have a 15 minute call with me...the cool story of getting to pick the brain of a best selling author and multi millionaire real estate entrepreneur is a story for a different day though...Among the things I asked that person was what is the best way to transition from just being a broker on large multifamily deals to actually buying multifamily units.

Arizona Young Entrepreneurs Society (AZYES) is also a great place to gain some knowledge.

I live in Boston and am an aspiring buy-and-hold-investor.

My goal is to share whatever knowledge i may have (though it may be limited now), and to learn and absorb as much as i can from the people who i aspire to be like one day.
