As long as he's applied and passed your screening, you should allow him in.

You left out that the CoCR is only applied to the 1st year of ownership.

Of course, the one that still has 5 months on her lease (which includes all utilities paid by landlord) doesn't apply here.

They apply this concept to their lives and businesses.

@Rasean Lowe  I'm not a wholesaler, so my experience may not apply here. 

So, we have consulted this with an attorney who says that HOA is free to apply its rules selectively as they like, and we can’t do anything about it.

@Forrest Hayashi the new owner needs to apply for their own license.

Been applying to a couple lenders but I figure I’d send this post out and if anyone has a lender that has helped them with a similar issue.
