Those are probably the easy tasks compared to finding an STR that profits 3k monthly, that’ll be the real challenge.

And  it's not clear that the property manager will go forward with  noticing the tenants to vacate  or leave that task on us.    

So, it just another "task" for them.

Don't give your management company advance notice of your visit because they will then try to do the tasks they are supposed to do at that time (while they may have charged you monthly for it but never performed the work), or they will try to cover it up and use excuses why you can't see something when you visit.  

It's a daunting task when the law is favoring tenants.

We have 3br units in a region with very little turnover and an anti-pet rental marketplace. 

They realize the only tasks that truly matter are finding deals, finding money, and asset managing effectively – they hire pros to do everything else.- Cash is critical – while doing deals with minimal cash is the goal, you need to have access to cash at all times.

Many of the better STR areas are anti STR.  

I was wondering if anyone would be able to give me tips on acquiring capital from the banking industry in Baltimore to take on the task of rehabbing and developing these underprivileged areas.
