Hello, I am looking at two currently Section 8 occupied rentals in the Eye Neighborhood in Detroit and Morningside.

If you can find one with 2 bathrooms that is ideal.

I spent a year in pre-foreclosure and had no luck.

AB1482 states that "single-family homes/condos (residential real property that is alienable separate from the title to any other dwelling unit) are exempt from AB 1482 if (1) the owner is not a real estate investment trust, a corporation, or a limited liability company in which at least one member is a corporation and (2) the owner provides the tenant with a written notice of the exemption"The part that is confusing is "...a corporation, or a limited liability company in which at least one member is a corporation."

We have now been in Houston for 10 years. 

Selling your interest in a contract is not considered brokering in TX.  

I can send you some personal ones that I have used over the past 2 years but they're only in the Columbus market.Beware of other agents that are not local to Ohio telling you what they think you should buy.

Right or wrong, my subconscious tells me it could be a fake profile, and I weigh it as less than one with a photo and a complete profile.
