I believe my issue might be the price I am advertising my properties for, however I have talked to brokers who said they could move my Real Estate at my price point.

(I understand it might not be the norm, but is it technically feasible)3) Can I start advertising the property after I get the offer sent or do I have to wait till it's accepted?  

Has anyone ever tried using Grocery Cart Advertising at Wal-Mart or somewhere in their Farm Areas?  

Once these units are where you want them, take tons of pictures and video and now you have a starting point for advertising, marketing yourself and attracting other investors as well as other tenants into your next building. 

I would want to pick out all the things that I see like light fixtures, cabinets, tops, flooring but I expect the contractor to get all the other things like support for the structure (sockets, nails, screws, drywall, and anything else needed to put it in place).
