Most likely your supply will be on an exterior wall where the need for conditioned air greatest and your return will be on the opposite side of the room or space in an effort to get the air to move across the space.

It is really just an IRA with a different business model that allows for investments outside of wall street.  

@Michael Raposo What I’ve consistently heard - and I think it’s in the building codes - is that a bedroom must be at least 80 square feet, have a door, window and closet.One of the home inspectors I use pretty often told me a couple of weeks ago that in his continuing ed class, he was told that securing an armoire to the wall counts as a closet.I’ve also tried to source all that, without success.

I'm going to add a small kitchen on a wall that already has a bathroom.

It’s not like an inspector came through and said this thing has no insulation in the walls or has foundation issues etc. 

I have come up with the following options so far:-install shower with glass block window with tile surround and bath vent fan (no idea as to how waterproof this may be)-demo old tub, wall off window, install prefab tub/shower combo and bath vent fan -reframe window to be much smaller and higher on the wall, leave existing tub, install tile surround and plumbing for shower-leave as is and hope tenants don't care about not having a showerIn most of these cases it seems to really just boil down to whether I want to have a window that can be opened to alleviate wet room moisture, or install a vent fan.
