I'd say I'm about 50/50 on acceptance of this but if not I'll hold for a few weeks no issue but never longer than a month and that's only if I find someone to start on the 1st of the following and I get it rented fast.

If there is new construction happening around the area, then there is a good chance that someone will be interested in buying it.The biggest issue I see is the fact that you are trying to wholesale it, which means a relatively quick close.
