Second, I like the look on a seller's face when they ask how fast I can close and I answer, "For the right price I can close Friday."

Thurs & Friday evenings will be the best ones for networking. 

We typically have a bonus session on Friday and Saturday evening.

Today my property manager went to one of my newly acquired rentals and the tenant states "Can I pay $400 today and $500 on Friday?".  

This is the lender and what they mean by it is to sign a ,3 day waiver , so they can send out another appraiser this week (the report of which is not going to be out 3 days prior to the closing [standard of the practice , according to the lender]) and we still can close on Friday (today is Tuesday ).

On the 6th when I waited all day with no payment and no communication from her, I wrote her at about 8 pm asking and she replied and said oh they didn't pay her salary yet and that she would call them the next day and ask. 7th of Sept (Wednesday) I waited for her till the end of the day again and nothing so I wrote her that I would appreciate the rent by this Friday at the latest (9th of Sept).What do I do if she doesn't pay today?

I am closing on my first investment property (a 4-plex) on Friday.

I work a 9/80 meaning I get every other Friday off so for that I am very grateful as it has allowed me to spend additional time in educating myself on the real estate investment world which is a big one to grasp!!!

Oh man does this bring back memories, I remember wasting a half hour of my life watching a professor write a formula on the black board, when he was done I asked him to give mne one example of how anyone could use this in their life, he said "you will see this again on your test Friday then you will never see this again the rest of your life".He was right.And I thought about dropping out at least once a month, but stayed and got my masters degree.
