I like how you are "pre-planning" for the "just in case" moments that definitely occur in Real Estate!

It is a two bed-room and I am currently getting income from a roomate.My ideal timing of the "stars aligning" would like for me to be in a point where I would be able to purchase the house just in time when i have paid off my own.That way I would only have to focus on one mortgage in the mean timeThanks so much!!

I’m just in the beginning of considering the Airbnb route.

Including the buy, we are talking about $30k flushed  just in transaction costs on a $200 k house.

Texting works but it's hard to track the conversation related to your property just in text message and you sometimes cannot follow up the message since there may be a lot of unread messages in your inbox.

Look for individuals with large clipboards/binders and follow them; there's a good chance that's the trustee rep/auctioneer. 

Qualify everything else about them first, make the screening reports last just in case they have another showstopper.
