The online version of QB is great.

How it works with the floor plan, where you add and what you add, how the remodel looks with the rest of the house, it's all one big line of questions.The short version is that in most of the country we can add square footage with plumbing and electrical for between $80-100 per foot.

Did your version specifically make sure it addressed all of the Florida requirements? 

Seems to be a classic.3rd round - Brandon's letter: I saw Brandon Turner post a version of his letter and I took that and used it for my last campaign, had good results with it, so I'll be going with it again.

The excel that we keep improving (we are now at version 4.5) and that have been used to analyzed properties more than 50,000 by our network and clients is available for purchase.  

This is another case where education can overcome "fear of the unknown".As for mortgage acceleration, it's really too big a topic to try and fit into a forum post, but here's the "short version":HELOCs aren't borrowed against mortgages, they're borrowed against equity (the value of the property over and above the balance owing on the amortized mortgage loan).

However, if it is an area you are having success I'd love to hear more info.Nate what is your version of bubble.. how many houses are sitting on the market there that have been rehabbed for retail. and what is the average days on market..

If I was talking to a younger version of myself I would strongly advise myself to invest in buy and hold properties after having saved up money and built my credit to get traditional financing.
