@Jennifer Petrillo, usually if it is Female owned business you can get favorable loans and help from the SBA, there may be other government benefits as well.All the LLC's i filed are single member, i have one that at the time it was formed, there were 4 of us as Members,  i had my lawyer draft everything. i am not sure if there are instructions for the sites and i do not want to steer you towards the wrong thing, best you check out the sites and see if they explain how to fill out what you need.

If the seller wants a premium then I will want to lock up the property for a long time and get a tenant commitment and zoning approvals with site plans before closing on the dirt.

Have you done a member search on this site for title companies in your Texas areas @Vanessa Zapata?

The APIs are not too tough to use, and I would recommend picking a handful where you'd get the highest value and trying to build out a small MVP that could do those for you.AdWords are also a decent outlet for your existing sites, but I imagine you've looked into that already and maybe even have it covered.

@Luke Marlar Something to look at is the FloodiQ site where you can add your address and see what kind of risk you are in for your property.

@Josh Detweiler Syndicating this asset might not  be the usage of your resources because syndications are expensive to setup and run.
