It prints the attny name/office/even email addy, beneficiaries, etc.

Read the fine print.

Then you could either mail out all those letter by hand or spend a little for a company to do it for you, say like...GoBig Printing or somebody like that.Second you can make your own bandit signs or have them printed but that can get kind of pricey.

I am a fairly new agent who is leaning toward being a listing agent only, but i'm trying to understand the marketing side of things as i've already had 6 appts for listings in my first 5 weeks that i'm continuing to follow up with tell i can convert them.My question is how many people actually print their own flyers?

Print off all communications with her.

You print all that on a peace of paper or put it on tablet and ask them what they think would be fair considering what the market is and that way you are going to make them raise the rents on themselves without them being frustrated and you putting it on your shoulders.Good luck.

Our custom-made postcards are printed with the addresses handwritten and actual stamps (not weighted or prepaid postage).
