Typically, they would either:plan to manage it themselves (i.e. new home but same city) and create a lease, post a rental sign, post it online, etc., orcontact a property manager (or property management company) to take it overOnly owners that want to get burnt will call their buy/sell agent.

If the “fair market price” is because it’s a good property, relatively updated, desirable area, etc. then you’re basically buying a yield play.

With Smartmove the tenant needs to do another online application, and I'm already having them fill a paper application out, which seems like to much to a lot of tire kickers.

Why would I pay someone (CPA or online tool) to form an LLC when I can do it by myself using the IRS website?
