Just curious.Wherever you decide to purchase, the Triangle is a great place for investing in real estate. 

It is a huge space and could definitely be profitable as is being a storage unit, or numerous units.

I have done a ton of research and watched numerous webinars and listened to a lot of podcast but yet I am still hesitant and not fully confident to make a splash even while having willing JV partners waiting for me to increase my knowledge.  

The number of BP members from the Triangle area has been growing rapidly over the last several months so welcome to the club! 

Although the numbers look great I wouldn't buy anything bigger than a 3 bed house in a C class area.There will mostly like be drama on a regular basis with numerous vacancies.Just my opinion.Thanks
