Although I've been investing in and improving multifamily properties since 2000, I decided to go back to school and get a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from BCIT (I already have my Red Seal in Carpentry).

So I have a rental property with two fairly mature trees directly in front of it. 

My partners and I are working on our first flip in Dekalb County and we have run into permitting hell.

I have a client that makes over $900K a year and needs tax breaks.

Both have income and expenses and a NOI.

I'm pleased to say things have turned around.

Any recommendations for the best affordable Insurance for Landlords (rental properties)I currently have ASI (American Strategic Insurance) a Progressive company, but I am wondering what others have found to be affordable. 

City doesn't have water. 

I would have really liked to invest where i live, but Minnesota really does not have the price point for neighborhoods that will help scale Brrr.As I am just starting out i would like to start in zipcodes which are not already exhausted with Brrr investors.
