Case in point, I have a friend who is working w/3 builders in and around north Houston, ground zero for oil crisis if major MSA is criteria.

When I lived in Dallas and Houston, and had large homes with more bedrooms than I and my partner needed, it would have been simple to just designate one of them as my office, and work from home, but my current home is 1242 square feet, and there are only two bedrooms, and very little "out of the way" space in the common areas.Our work culture in the Bay Area is also such that many types of jobs fall into the "work from home" arena, not just tech jobs.
