I recently moved to Dallas,TX but I am considering moving to Austin or Houston.

im looking for some recommendations and if possible a reference in houston area . i need to make contact whit a RE lawyer . i like to have some one who knows the laws making sure everything is correct especially now that im just staring ,i understand the concept and i been educating my self the mos i can .but still ,even i know i will make some mistakes some times i want to make sure i minimize them .

I am curious whether anyone in the Houston area has been able to find a broker who charges minimal fees for 'hanging' your license. 

Unfortunately I'm still making my way back to Houston from Antarctica, so I don't expect to be in town until mid April.Also, I'm very knowledgeable about online business (product based) so if anyone is interested in making money that way to diversify, hit me with any questions you have.
