I think I have most of the kinks worked out but I'm looking for software (preferably free or very cheap) to digitalize the payments and bookkeeping from the house members.

The flooring is ready to be replaced and I have considered having LVP installed but wonder should it be glued or free floating or should LVP be avoided altogether in this instance?

Thirdly, zillow.com and apartments.com both offer great, free tools for taking rental applications, screening tenants (via credit reports), and even doing leases and rent collection.
