We all watch Flip This House, or Flip or Flop or Fixer Upper.

I am also interested in tackling my first investment, whether its a house or a small multifamily for either hold or flip, I know the lessons learned from it will be invaluable to getting to the bigger investments. 

We may flip houses in the future, but not currently.

I will outline my current system below along with some questions - any advice on where I should focus my efforts would be appreciated.I am not wholesaling right now; strictly looking for my own deals.Target properties: Looking for low-end BRRRR's (ARV <$120K) and low-to-mid-end flips (ARV $120K-$300K). 

Original plan was to flip it, then started considering renting because of the area but now, I think the original plan of flipping might be the best route.

I want to use the LOC to purchase my first investment property to flip.

I have no past real estate experience outside of paying rent BUT I'm currently looking to get my start in investing through wholesaling and scaling my business up to a focus on renting/flipping muti-family units and some single family flips and wholesales.

I live in the southeastern Wisconsin area and I am looking to do a flip property as my first deal.

He said he's completely gutted and flipped 15 houses last year, he showed us pics and the work was impressive.Neighborhoods felt very nice, but surround areas seemed a little more rough (strip malls, etc.)

It looks like condos in the complex with the same sq ft that have been flipped, are selling at around $110,000.
