English like the rest of the country, but Id almost guarantee you need a license for a few years before you can be a broker.Your work experience will serve you WAY better than your class stuff in this biz, and the best way to learn is hang out with people doing deals that you can be a part of.

You should always time stamp an app and consider them by first come first serve, so that you alleviate the potential of the aforementioned.
