As you grow, you will find that there are certain brokers/agents that do quite a bit of REO listings.

For quite a few the delinquencies are so high even conventional won't deal with them.

Rob ... that "Awesome" works well ... to the point it makes me not want to know what is really in it :) I also use "Simple Green" frequently - it works well even if it is not quite as "Green" as the manufacturer's marketing would have you believe.

A few more thoughts.If you're going to push you would post a pay or quit notice as soon as March rent is late.

So they are tacking on quit a large some of penalties.
