Specifically, I would like to understand if I have grounds to claim reimbursement for the assessment fees from the previous owner, given the lack of transparency and accountability throughout the transaction process.I would greatly appreciate any insight or guidance you can provide on the appropriate course of action moving forward to address these issues and ensure a fair resolution.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Our policy is that after 30 days late rent we move for eviction.

My encouraging advice is to move forward and take these as lessons learned.

There's so many moving parts in this business that just by removing or adding one of those steps or items can change the scenario completely to good or bad thing.

I ended up just getting an umbrella insurance policy to manage some of the liablily risk but when it come to future lending and programs I think it would be benifitial to move them into an LLC but what are the chances I lose my loan structure for transferíng from a personal conventional ownership to an LLC.

They can buy it, move in and then 2 months later cancel the policy or stop paying for it and at that point are you going to spend them money to evict them?
