I know old houses need maintence, but with a clean bill of plumbing health last fall, this is getting ridiculous.

After much research, many calls to Ohio Health Dept., my attorney, and many  sites on bed bugs, I have offered to pay for treatment up to $800.

Not something they should be doing considering the health risks.

If you had lived in it for 2 and then rented it for less than 3 you would qualify.There are only two narrow pro-rated exceptions if a job related transfer or a health reason caused the move.

It sat empty because the guy that owned and was building it had bad health and then passed away.

We have some retired relatives that have been struggling financially as their increasing health issues have led to soaring health care expenses, even with good insurance, a modest pension and social security.

That's creates a real health hazard tho.
