Is there a way to set up the Airbnb property when the guidelines says “host must be the owner and obtain a license to rent rooms”?

Trying to figure out if the host fee that Airbnb charges the host is part of what they show on the 1099 that they issue?

I'm interested in your experience if you have purchased an existing STR that has numerous 5 star reviews, super host status, and higher rates and occupancy than other houses in the neighborhood? 

I have my own portfolio and I help others local and out of the area grow theirs as well.I also host a monthly local meet up that is on zoom (next one is this Tuesday the 23rd) as well as a real estate podcast I host.

We switched to Tenant Cloud recently and find it very helpful with management and accounting.

May you please provide your details on finding a property by owner or for sale by owner.

I pay $99 a year which allows me to have as many Ring cameras connected to the cloud and provides monitoring for the security sytsem.
