Airbnb restrictions !!

Is there a way to set up the Airbnb property when the guidelines says “host must be the owner and obtain a license to rent rooms”? If I have the owners permission and willing to sign a lease.. do I file for the license in my name and just list the owner as a cohost on the actually listing? Or what should I do?
