I’m just coming off a 10 day trip taking my teenagers to see NYC and Washington DC for the first time.  

You'll never be a local but it helps to have a little more insight than a spreadsheet and a weekend trip can get you.While it isn't based in empirical fact I always see the same cities come up over and over and over again.  

So after seeing the properties on your trip you bought one of the ones you saw shortly after?

It may even require you to take multiple trips out to that market, so you can understand as much as you can about it.

I will definitely plan a trip to the market of choice, but would obviously like to avoid doing that multiple times. 

If you have never been here then come do a day trip and start by eating breakfast  in downtown Austin then just drive to Wimberly , then to San Marcos, to Gruene, to San Antonio all without getting on I35.

FPE "Stab-Lok" breakers (red strip across the front, often says Stab-Lok somewhere on the panel) fail to do what they were intended to do, which is trip when shorted or overloaded.

If they fail, they should pay the trip charge. 

Even if it doesn't work with my schedule for this upcoming trip, I plan on coming back so would be great to connect!

We tend take weekend trips somewhat often as well as a couple 1-2 week vacations throughout the year and I am wondering if AirBNB'ing our primary residence is reasonable or not.
