The amount of complaints are excessive, it is time consuming to address, and we aren't sure how valid each complaint is anymore.

You want to make sure you're following valid established precedent to the maximum extent possible. 

Of course I'll know attorney but in this case my guess is they might have a valid claim.  

I’m confused about getting home warranty.

If you were a LL instead of a wholesaler, you would find these calls inconvenient & a waste of my time in addition to yours.I'm not sure which calls I get the most:  Wholesalers wanting to steal my property, or someone telling me my car warranty is expired

I have heard the Toronto has been accustomed to using escalation clauses, and I'm keen on using one for my next offer, however neither real estate agent I have spoken to has ever even heard of an escalation clause.Anyone know if they are valid in Quebec?
