But if you want to make a successful career of RE investing, you may have to get a little more realistic about your current market conditions, especially regarding REO if this is the route you want to take.I do appluad your consistency and determination.Once again regarding repair estimates, I'd recommend that you look at a few REO Broker websites and you'll find warnings about sending this kind of stuff with your offers.

., ScreenedPatio/Pool house in a nice community with homes ranging from$100K to $400K.Comps in Zillow showed homes with 2Br/1Ba sold from $115K to $175K.I offered $139,900 which is 88% of the asking price.My exit strategy is to wholesale it.I visited the house, it's great and free and clear.It's worth the retail price.

When speaking to a neighbor, I asked if they knew about this tenant and they said that they didn't think anyone was living there.I dropped off notice saying I'd be going to check on the property for inspection and then visited the unit the next day.
