I have focused most of my time and attention on residential units, but something has come up in my family and was hoping someone could provide some insight.Here's the scenario:Say you own 1/3rd of a commercial apartment with your two siblings each owning another 3rd.

If I were you I'd be looking for somewhere else to hang my license as this broker is most likely going to terminate you as soon as this fiasco is over, don't make threats to the next person, and focus on selling more deals.  

There are numerous meet ups both focusing on areas North and South.
