Is it much different than a typical residential closing?

Hello all,I'd like to get the opinions of our investors on how you typically divide ownership/profits/etc. and the accompanying responsibilities each partner is responsible for.

In a seller financing deal I understand I can negotiate the terms, but would one typically see a higher interest rate than from a bank?

There are numerous national QI services and that is all they do and our fees typically cluster in a small range.

Is this a typical amount of land a resident would expect? 

Under the terms typically set forth under an FHA loan would I be able to do this?
