Do you think the BRRRR method is the best approach to find high cash flow and grow the portfolio quick?

Just looking for some basic, probably bi-weekly maintenance (cutting, trimming, light landscaping)Thanks!

Pressure her to comply is your best and easiest method. 

Most of the work will be interior paint, installing flooring, trim, cabinets, toilets, and fixtures.  

I was renting out my own home so I had to do something fast and it was.I didn't even think about other methods and if in the future I am renting out a lower income home.

My husband is a contractor, mostly in trim and cabinetry and we have a large potential team of electricians, floor specialists, renovators and so on through lifetime friendships if needed.

Please do not get excited to spend that $3k, study nothing down methods.  

I am open to discussing other methods of beginning in real estate investing besides wholesaling properties.

If your strictly looking for cash flow then I would leverage those funds into more of the BRRRR method so you could buy quite a few single families.

I'm not saying it's a method for everyone, but sometimes if you cut off any other options other than doing it, that is the only way to get past the fear, the unknown, and the years that pass of not taking action.
