We are looking at purchasing a turnkey property near UTSA where it will be our primary residence for two years and then a rental.

If they offered seller finance to us, those funds could then be used to pay for the lease at our home if we swap however they are retired, what about tenant screening amongst other things, not sure what type of deal structure is best for this scenario but if anyone can guide me with any feedback is greatly appreciated.

We provide housing for Homeless and Addicted people in underserved communities, and in an attempt to revitalize our Downtown area, and expand our Program (part of it is home ownership and entrepreneurship) we need to be able to buy adjudicated properties, or have them donated, then have the finances to redevelop and repair them.

I find it's better to connect with the deal, then see if it works and see if you like the area, rather than find the property and try to make that particular property into a deal.

In addition to cash for keys or evictions, I did hear of a story on BP about someone showing up with keys and a lease and getting the person out that way as they were then trespassing...but if it was that easy, more people would do that.
