How do you feel about Sarnia as a secondary/tertiary market?

It is managed by the same company that is selling it to you, not be a tertiary management group.

The neighborhood has appreciated (thank you free-market medical weed?)

Last weekend, there were police and emergency medics on the property 2:30am.

They have done a lot of medical, assisted living and memory care projects.

I like those tertiary markets specifically Springfield for a couple of reasons:  The entry price is low.

Sometimes they will approve housing that will require a tenant to pay up to 40% of income to housing and utilities, but that does not leave very much for food, medical, transportation, savings for emergencies, etc. 

Greenville's largest employers in manufacturing are  Thermo Fisher Scientific (1,954) and Hyster-Yale (1,226), the largest non-manufacturing employers are Vidant Medical Center (6,760), East Carolina University (5,672), and Pitt County Public Schools (3,699).
