These are typically builders grade homes with 2-3 beds and 1-2 baths.I am looking to start turnkey to dip my feet into a market, but eventually would like to get a team started in a targeted city.

Other mentors are just full of crap.I would say, spend as much time around people who are at least 10X further than where you want to be because even if you only learn 10% of what they know, you would've hit your target.

I would consider a quality mailing or targeting them online.

"interior/exterior" inspection is pretty broad, so think about what that actually entails.Make sure you check fire suppression equipment (smoke alarms, extinguishers) as tenants love to pull those off the wall and throw them in a drawer. 

You can see that our growth is looking strong because we now have Amazon bringing their fulfillment center to Bakersfield, along with L'Oreal, Ikea, Ross, Target, Caterpillar, etc.  

BUT..If you're setting up a marketing campaign targeting absentee owners, and they obviously are absent from the property they own..HOW DO THEY EVER RECEIVE THE LETTER?!
