Wholesalers Where to find Tax Delinquent Lists In New York City?

Hey, Folks. Usually, many people say you should have a tax delinquent lists.  Usually, this is a pretty big sign of motivation.  And especially in this market, I want to target my offerings to a specific audience, that would like to hear the message that I come bearing.  With that being said here is the issue.

New York a convoluted system for tax liens/ tax delinquent lists in the country and these lists seem to be out of date! With the current list being up to date as of 4/30/18. Even places like Cobb County Georgia have up to  date tax delinquent information

Is there a better place to get tax lien information for the city of New York.
