The lease is new and the tenant will more likely renew it two more times since they are a medical student enrolled in a 3-year program.  

We did find a hate note from the previous owner saying she will haunt this place if anyone dare to buy it.The house is only a mile away from a large university with 20-some thousand students.  

Gainesville is a university town so there are a lot of opportunities for student rentals... 

I have a few thousand in cash reserves, a good credit score, and about $10,000 in student loan debt (no other debt).

A student housing rental does not need the same amenities as a rental you would rent to a small family.

I am a graduate student and have classes at the Hahnemann hospital (it’s closing won’t affect my classes).

They have free training with a little searching or AutoCad has a free student version if you have a student in school and you can get up to 3 computers installed.

I am a college student but I’m limited on funds & I was thinking about doing some trading or something in that nature to earn more money or earn extra income but I have no clue how to do so.. any help?
