I try to put stainless appliances in my rehabs but typically don't buy new - below are the two stores for scratch & dent appliances I've purchased from, but would love recommendations for other stores to explore and that you've had a good experience with!

We mostly built, bought and sold Dollar General and Family dollar stores.

Tell them to go the dollar store and buy a pack of dust masks for junior

I went to the store to buy a vacuum cleaner back then and I felt cheated when the sales person didn't try to sell me on one particular model over another (nor did she ask me qualifying questions about why I needed a vacuum cleaner).

All of our collateral files are stored off site with CSC.

Again, the BiggerPockets store has some books for this or you can learn by watching podcasts, reading blogs, and interacting on the forum.

KFC and a number of other users are actively closing and subleasing corporately owned stores throughout the United States.

So, a wardrobe/cabinet suits its multi-functional potential better because it can be moved and better used to store other items like office supplies.
