Decreasing is very easy though :)If you do want to try increasing, one big factor to check is that the lot size is big enough to support the number of units you're aiming for, based on current zoning - including especially car parking and bike parking spots.

I have been thinking about  taking over every market in the USA, with website I would develop with SEO and take over all the #1 spots.

IF you bought a 3x2 w ADU, and rented two beds and the ADU, you'd be in a much better spot.

Plus if there is cell phone reception it is even better as you can make a hot spot. 

SE is still turning but you can still find some great spots.

Some spots look like a white adhesive as well.Tiles are popping up real easily too.
