Sounds like they have partnered with 1 provider to try and expand their offerings, but these company owned brokerages are typically run by employees who have no vested interest in winning your business.Probably time to find a good independent agent to handle the rentals, AND you'd be able to leave the home and auto with USAA.Good luck

I know this may sound like a stupid question but I really have to ask.

(This was a concession I made in order to get the closing date moved from 9/1).Does this sound reasonable and doable?  

The primary issue is to show how the repairs have changed the effective life of the property.

The exterior of the house is sound, and the only big expense I foresee to come my way in the next 7 years is replacing all of the windows in the house.
