The seller needed to sell to solve a problem.

Truth be told that I find my support team just as valuable today as when I first started since there is always something new to problem solve and figure out!

The tenant was excited about the new floor but until it's in there a while I won't know if that will solve the issue.We use a mixture of flooring types depending on where it is.

GIVE MASSIVE VALUE, period. whatever you can give or information you have.. give it.. not the things you think they value but listen to what they say and solve problems. entrepreneurs solve problems, they take one level of productivity and elevate it to a more efficient version. and because of this money is created.

When the warranty company drags its feet and makes excuses, this is no way helps the landlord or property manager of an investment property act promptly and effectively, as they should, to solve maintenance problems.

But I’ve been able to use the problem solving I learned and apply it to literally every situation (even interpersonal).

You don't have to solve every problem on your own and you don't have to pay every expense on your own.
