Hi,I would like to purchase an e-mail list containing as many active real estate agents/brokers in the Los Angeles area for a marketing campaign.I contacted the MLS directly and they do not sell lists, can anyone recommend a good source for email lists?

That is 3-4 times higher than it was back in 2005, and has been fairly stable at around that level for the last year.

I got fully bought out of TWH in Oct. and I wrote our friend a pretty neat e mail and have never heard from him again..I will relay it to you off line I think you will get a kick out of it.I stand corrected on the insurance.. and that is a great point,, Anyone with a rental should ask to see if the PM has this insurance in place and its active.

Also this is not required but a good idea, have all the tenant's sign "e stoppel" letters (search here on BP).
