I own the property, the deed is recorded, and the judgement of foreclosure and sale "orders and directs" the sheriffs office to remove the people and their belongings.

I don't which direction do you prefer for having your loan.

I did a lot of direct marketing using the data from Default Research and they stopped their service.

If you have a budget, direct mail is the way to go.

I've done various direct marketing campaigns in the metro counties of my own and those of students of our yellow letter mentorship in GaREIA.
