Anybody in the Dallas-Ft Worth area have a reputable contractor that's AFFORDABLE?

Detroit RE market is currently on the rise, there many high end condominium developments going up around downtown and plenty of single family flip opportunities with close proximity to Downtown. i know Detroit dosen't have the best reputation even within the midwest but many thing are improving and geographically close to you

I've remained interested in becoming a commercial real estate broker, though, and just received an offer from a reputable commercial real estate brokerage firm to become a Junior Broker.

Building a reputation can take months/years while it can be destroyed in a very short time.

I also think a lot of those sites do a ton of due diligence so they don't get a bad reputation if things fall apart.

You will want to get multiple bids from reputable general contractors and start there.You will also want to research (before you start!) 

Seems reasonable for you to pay a reputable contractor to make it so. 

I'm new to Bigger Pockets and it seems like Wholesaling has a "sketchy" reputation, but honestly if you hustle you can make some cash and build your education towards real estate in general.
