If you like that region, you might want to consider Jacksonville.  

Strategically located in downtown Niagara Falls just a walking distance from the Niagara Water Fall, Seneca Casino and Canada.

It's a good way to network with other investor in your region.

We do not know any property managers in that region of Cumberland, MD or Bedford, PA.

Was top regional listing agent one month, won a few listing competitions at work and got my name known so I had enough of a reputation as hustler....I also had a baby 2mos after getting my license.  2nd year I pulled back and started focusing on making connections with investors and contractors.  

I am also will be paying cash for the home. i ask my realtor and all i get is one worded answers. timeline is as follows  signed offer on house the seller signed the next day. all short sale paperwork was sent to Regions bank. an email came saying it is on the underwriters desk as of the 25th of March.

I dropped out of college 7 years ago to work 5-7 days a week at a dead end tip-based job (Casino Dealer, not Exotic Dancer).
