I've done some reading in psychology, particularly in reference to proformance psychology, psycopathologies, and theory of knowledge.

I would definitely ask your realtor for references or you may need to start cold calling.

While I agree with you that it 'might' not be the best business practice, I'm genuinely curious-- which law(s) you are referring to that would be violated by the actions you mentioned above?
