I have most of my leases expiring in May and June...would love to get everyone’s thoughts on how to protect a new lease agreement given the state of everything and how hard it is to evict someone.

I say 10 because you have a job serving and protecting us; if you didn't have that obligation, I'd say 40.

The top tier holding company let's you transfer money from the property management company to the holding company so that if you get sued (either the property or the management), that money is protected.
