I am looking at a 7 unit multifamly property that has been deconverted into 7 condos with 7 different PINs.

Out of curiosity, which neighborhood is the property, and how is it performing?

Should you set aside additional money aside from capital gains to pay for the income tax increase if you make a profit on a property? 

I get much more cashflow from distressed properties that I pay cash for and fix up to be LTR'S. 

Looking at a 5 unit condo property that should really be a 5 unit multifamily.

Did the property that had new cabinets sell for 25K more or no?

Or buying a property in a seller's market, and then buying another one a few years later in a buyer's market.
