How can a wholesaler really provide value to you beyond just finding potential deals?

Ram's plan is to pyramid up as best can during these growth years, keeping any/all profits IN the investing action, to grow maximum dividend potential for when kids start university when Ram will "flip the switch" too a DIVIDEND focus. 

Hello California landlords and investors, I came across this post on reddit discussing issues with tenant biased laws in California and lots of the comments seem to suggest that investing or being a landlord in California is very difficult and potentially a hassle/litigious/costly in case of issues. 

Then, potentially either straight up sell if the profit is there, or move into one of those units, take the leftover money, and keep doing this.Obviously, the numbers would have to make sense, and that's what I'd have to learn.

I understand where your agent is coming from, turn key properties are potentially less risky for beginners.

However, I think the disruption potential is decently substantial.

Since some of your clients could potentially be investors, you could start developing some relationships there to assist you down the line.
